14-day return policy: we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
eligibility for returns: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
non-returnable items: certain items are non-returnable, including:
- gift cards
- final sale / stock-off items
- items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page (e.g. socks)
how to initiate a return:
- please contact our customer support team at info@thewalkstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- provide your order number, the name of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
return shipping: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
refund process: upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
exchanges: we currently do not provide exchange services. if you require a different size, item, or any other modification, kindly proceed by placing a new order for the desired item. subsequently, we ask that you return your existing full-priced item in its original condition to initiate the refund process.
damaged or defective items: in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
