14-day return policy: we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. if 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

eligibility for returns: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

non-returnable items: certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • gift cards
  • final sale / stock-off items
  • items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page (e.g. socks)

how to initiate a return:

  1. please contact our customer support team at info@thewalkstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. provide your order number, the name of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

return shipping: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

refund process: upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

exchanges: we currently do not provide exchange services. if you require a different size, item, or any other modification, kindly proceed by placing a new order for the desired item. subsequently, we ask that you return your existing full-priced item in its original condition to initiate the refund process.

damaged or defective items: in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
